General information

The entire Royal Jump team is happy to welcome you for the fifth edition of this event!
In order to make your experience as pleasant as possible, here is some essential information to know before your arrival:

Dressage familiarizations


The dressage familiarisation will take place on Thursday 25 May from 5H30 to 7H30 pm.

Attention, these are likely to be modified, we advise you to be vigilant with the posting of the general secretariat.
The reconnaissance will take place 15 minutes before the time indicated on the schedule.

The boxes are included in the price of the commitment. Requests for regrouping should be sent to contact@royal-jump.com as soon as possible. No request can be taken into account after Friday, May 19, 2023.

The additional box for saddlery is at the rate of 100€.

Requests for boxes for horses out of competition must be made imperatively before the closing of entries. The rate is 150€ per additional box. Attention the number is limited.
Stalls are delivered on straw, for empty stalls you can specify it at the time of your engagement or send an email to contact@royal-jump.com.
You can also ask for a box on shavings for 45€ extra (payment via FFE Compet for French riders or by transfer for foreign riders).
When you arrive on the site, follow the signs that will show you all the truck parking and boxes. Trucks needing an electrical connection will be able to get one for the sum of 15€.

Once on site, the stable-manager will indicate the location of your box.
As a reminder, this year the stalls will be on straw. Boxes on shavings are possible on reservation.
You will have the possibility to buy bales of straw (10€ per bale) and shavings (15€ per bale) as well as hay (15€ per bale).
The tickets are on sale at the general secretariat.

Rider access :
As soon as you arrive, go to the general secretariat to get your rider bracelets. They will give you access to the boxes and also allow free access to the site and to all the activities.

You will have a maximum of 6 bracelets per rider. For the riders having several engagements, two additional bracelets will be delivered to you by horse.

Welcome-pack :
Don’t forget to collect your welcome-packs offered by our partners at the general secretariat.

  • Inspection of horses :
    The inspection is mandatory for the horses of the three events.
  • CCI2* Inspection: 5H00- 5H30 pm
  • CCI1* Intro inspection: 5H30- 6H30 pm
  • CCI3* S inspection: 6:30 -7:00 pm

The second inspection of the CCI 2*L will take place on Sunday May 28 at 10 am.

The horses’ booklets must be deposited at the rider’s secretariat no later than 1 hour before the start of the inspections.

Bibs and headbands :
The organization provides the bibs. All riders must wear a headband.

Ice will be available at the finish of the cross country for the recovery of horses.
A ticket per horse will be given to you at the riders’ reception along with your number.
So that all horses can benefit, only one bucket per horse will be allowed.

Cross country map :
Cross country maps will be available at the secretariat.

Prize giving:
The first 8 riders will be called to the prize giving. The schedule will be posted at the secretariat.

Exhibitors village:

Catering :
Enjoy a catering on site every day (morning, noon and evening).
